Social psychologist with experience in business, consulting and recruitment. Alicja is a seasoned business trainer specializing in management coaching. She has designed and run individual development programs since 2007 for corporate and not-for-profit clients. She has many years of experience in conducting recruitment projects for middle and senior managerial positions.Her previous professional experience includes many years of business management practice in the field of advertising, marketing, and media.She holds a master’s degree in psychology from the Faculty of Social Psychology at SWPS University. She’s a certified coach and mentor by graduating from the Mentoring, Coaching and Consulting Study and the School of Business Trainers at the TROP Institute. She is certified to use the MPA® Master Person Analysis – a tool supporting employee recruitment and career development.
