For over 20 years successfully completed hundreds of demanding executive recruitment projects in all areas of general management in production, sales, operation, HR and more. She’s established and developed Polish chapters of two international executive search companies acting as a Partner, Board Member as well as Senior Consultant. Since 2002 she’s been running her own business supporting many corporate organizations (FMCG, chemical and medical sectors, banking/finance services) in executive recruitment, talent identification, employee opinion, motivation & job attitude surveys.
